Time for Light
We live in a challenging time for believing Christians, and I have heard a number of them lament this, especially those still trying to be faithful when so many of their cohorts are being seduced by the Spirit of the Age. It is discouraging indeed. But it would be a waste to have been born in a time when we were not needed. And surely we are needed now!
So what should we do? Show the love of Christ with integrity, and witness to it with intelligence.
Not enough of us are doing that? Since when was God constrained to save by many rather than by a few? Do it anyway. The darker it grows outside, the brighter even our little lights will shine.

"There are magazines worth reading but few worth saving . . . Touchstone is just such a magazine."
—Alice von Hildebrand

—Anthony Esolen, Touchstone senior editor
